Parejas que sean sorprendidas en exhibicionismo este 14 de febrero, serán remitidas a Barandilla, advierte SSPyTM Culiacán
El Bando de Policía contempla estas acciones como faltas agravadas
Culiacán, Sinaloa. – Próximos al festejo del “Día del Amor y la Amistad” la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública y Tránsito Municipal, implementará un operativo especial en diversos puntos de la ciudad, para inhibir conductas antisociales contempladas en el Artículo 59, Fracción XI y XII del Bando de Policía, que contempla como faltas agravadas el exhibicionismo sexual y obsceno, o el realizar actos sexuales en lugares públicos.
Sobre el tema, el Secretario de Seguridad Pública y Tránsito Municipal Óscar Guinto Marmolejo indicó, que este se implementará no solo en los lugares recreativos públicos, sino también en florerías o restaurantes, en coordinación con Inspección y Vigilancia y Protección Civil Municipal para evitar aglomeraciones y contagios por Covid, así lo mencionó:
“Vamos a estar muy pendientes de los diversos negocios que tienen injerencia en estas fechas, evitar las aglomeraciones, evitar que en los restaurantes haya más personas de las que deben de estar, esto claro está en coordinación con personal de Inspección y Vigilancia del Municipio y Protección Civil Municipal, vamos a hacer recorridos para la prevención del delito en estas áreas, para que las personas que vayan a hacer sus compras se sientan seguros, y vamos a estar muy pendientes sobre todo el día domingo que es el día del festejo”, afirmó Marmolejo.
El funcionario reveló también, que las parejas que se encuentren realizando actos inmorales en la vía pública, serán conducidas a Barandilla, tal y como se contempla en la Ley Administrativa vigente.
“Está considerado en el Bando, que las parejas que se encuentren realizando actos inmorales en la vía pública, deben ser conducidos a Barandilla, definitivamente se va aplicar el Bando en ese sentido, si por alguna circunstancia encontramos a alguna pareja que esté realizando actos de ese tipo tengan por seguro que van a llegar a Barandilla”, aseguró el responsable de la seguridad del Municipio.
En referencia a la recurrencia de esta falta durante el festejo del día 14 de febrero, mencionó que en años anteriores ha habido algunas detenciones por incurrir en este acto, por lo que pidió a la ciudadanía que lo tome en consideración y mantenga el comportamiento.
“En años anteriores hemos tenido algunas detenciones en ese sentido, pues aquí también pedimos a la sociedad que tome en consideración esta situación, que deben mantener el comportamiento ante este tipo de faltas a la moral”, enfatizó.
Como dato, el Bando de Policía contempla como falta agravada las sancionadas con arresto de doce a treinta y seis horas y una multa de cincuenta a ciento cincuenta veces el valor diario de la Unidad de Medida y Actualización, dentro de estas están los párrafos XI y XII, del Artículo 59.
Por instrucción del Gobierno de Culiacán, la SSPyTM continuará desarrollando las estrategias necesarias para inhibir conductas que violenten la ley.

The official also revealed that couples who are carrying out immoral acts on the public road will be led to railing as envisaged in the current Administrative Law.
