Dan prisión preventiva a hombre que atacó a su pareja en camión urbano de Culiacán; en audiencia se revela que fue sometido por el chofer del camión y unos hombres que pasaban en una camioneta
Culiacán, Sinaloa.- La señora M.C. que fue atacada con un cuchillo por quien fuera su pareja cuando viajaban en un camión urbano de la ruta Buenos Aires, había salido de su domicilio a las 6:40 de la mañana de ese lunes, para dirigirse a su trabajo, pero José Francisco “L”, ya la estaba esperando afuera para insistirle que volviera con él, argumentando que por el bien de sus dos hijos.
Luego de que la víctima le dijera que no volvería con él, esta se subió a un camión de la ruta 5 de Febrero, el cual también el agresor abordó, ya después en el centro de Culiacán, tomaron el camión de la ruta Buenos Aires, el cual la dejaba en su trabajo y José Francisco seguía insistiendo y la amenazó para que se sentaran en el asiento trasero, y ante la constante negativa de la mujer José Francisco comenzó a insultarla y le dijo que la mataría, por lo que la víctima llamó a su madre y le comentó que el “Pancho”, como llamaba a su ex pareja, se había subido al mismo camión y la había amenazado de muerte.
Posteriormente la mujer intentó bajarse del transporte, y fue cuando José Francisco, sacó un cuchillo de cocina y comenzó a lesionarla en el cuello, cara y estómago.
Al escuchar los gritos de la víctima, el chofer detuvo la marcha y junto con los pasajeros se bajaron del camión, mientras José Francisco seguía atacando a la mujer, y después comenzó a herirse con el cuchillo, según lo relatado en la audiencia inicial que se celebró este miércoles, donde la victima estuvo en otra sala, dándole seguimiento.
Tras bajarse del camión, el chofer cruzó la avenida Álvaro Obregón y pidió ayuda a tres hombres que viajaban en una camioneta, quienes de inmediato acompañaron al chofer hacia donde estaba estacionado el camión y José Francisco ya se había bajado de la unidad dejando mal herida a quien fuera su esposa, pero al ver a los cuatro hombres acercándose, decidió tirarse al suelo y lo sometieron, en tanto llegaron los policías municipales, quienes se hicieron cargo del agresor y quien de inmediato lo trasladaron a la Cruz Roja, para que le curaran las heridas que el mismo se había provocado y después lo llevaron a ponerlo a disposición del Ministerio Público.
Ya ante el juez, este miércoles, personal de la Fiscalía General del estado, presentó los datos de prueba, entre estos los videos de las cámaras del camión urbano, solicitaron la vinculación a proceso en contra de José Francisco, sado por el delito de feminicidio agravado por relación de concubinato en grado de tentativa.
El juez a cargo del caso, consideró que las pruebas eran suficientes para vincular a proceso al imputado y para dictarle la prisión preventiva, y programó la próxima audiencia, para el 17 de mayo.
También en la audiencia, el asesor jurídico de la víctima, solicitó al juez que se emitiera un apercibimiento a los medios de comunicación para que, a partir de esta audiencia, en ninguna nota periodística se vuelva a mencionar el nombre de la víctima, argumentando que no quieren que el caso se vuelva un espectáculo mediático.

After getting off the truck, the driver crossed Alvaro Obregón Avenue and asked for help from three men travelling in a truck, who immediately accompanied the driver to where the truck was parked and Jose Francisco had already dropped from the unit leaving badly injured to whoever his wife was, but upon seeing the four men approaching, decided to jump to the ground and subdued him, while municipal police came, who took over the aggressor and who immediately moved him to the Red Cross, to cure him the wounds he himself had caused and then brought him to be made available to the Public Prosecutor.
Already before the judge, this Wednesday, staff of the Attorney General's Office of the State, presented the evidence, among these videos from the cameras of the urban truck, requested the link to proceedings against José Francisco, sado for the crime of femicide aggravated by concubinate relationship in degree of attempt.
The judge in charge of the case, considered that the evidence was sufficient to link the accused to proceedings and to dictate remand to him, and scheduled the next hearing, for May 17
Also at the hearing, the victim's legal adviser, asked the judge to issue a warning to the media so that, from this hearing, no journalistic note will ever mention the name of the victim again, arguing that they don't want the case to become a media show.
