Fiscalía de Justicia exhuma cuerpo que pudiera ser de catedrático de la UAS desaparecido en noviembre 2020

Los Mochis,Sinaloa Dentro de la investigación complementaria otorgada por el juez de control, la fiscalía general de justicia y sus elementos continuaron con las indagatorias, las pesquisas siguieron su rumbo hasta localizar a un individuo más que participó en los hechos en los cuales el empleado universitario fue desaparecido la noche del 15 de noviembre del año próximo pasado.
Independientemente de la orden de aprehensión que pesa sobre otro tipo al que le apodan El Marisquero, las autoridades dieron con el paradero de un quinto participante, propietario de un vehículo color dorado en el cual al parecer transbordardaron de un taxi, el cuerpo de la víctima.
Fuentes extra oficiales indican qué es el quinto participante del cual no se dio a conocer el nombre, no soportó el intenso interrogatorio de los elementos policiales e inmediatamente empezó a dar los datos precisos sobre la ubicación del cuerpo de Margarito, lo que llevó a las autoridades a trabajar sobre la localización del punto y la posterior exhumación en un predio ubicado sobre la orilla de un dren en las inmediaciones del ejido 1 de mayo.
El cuerpo fue llevado al servicio médico forense y a la funeraria moreh a la espera de los resultados de los estudios de ADN para confirmar de acuerdo a la ciencia genética forense qué se trata efectivamente de Margarito; sin embargo trascendió que se encontraron unas identificaciones de la víctima junto con la cartera y el reloj.
Con esta acción la fiscalía estaría cerrando la investigación sobre los hechos de los cuales habían pasado tres meses, para darle seguimiento al proceso judicial penal en contra de los involucrados, con la localización de ese personaje ya serían cinco los que estarían sujetos a proceso por tan lamentables hechos de desaparición de personas cometido por particulares y de Homicidio.

With this action the prosecutor's office would be closing the investigation into the events of which three months had passed, to follow up the criminal court proceedings against those involved, with the location of that character would already be five who would be subject to trial for so unfortunate facts of disappearance of persons committed by individuals and of Homicide.
