Fiscalia entrega cuerpo de Margarito a su familia tras rápida prueba de ADN

Los Mochis, Sin.- La Fiscalia de Justicia en el estado, liberó y entrego a la familia de Margarito Álvarez Cuadras sus restos, tras un rápido resultado de pruebas de ADN, pues apenas han pasado poco más de 48 horas del hallazgo y exhumación del cuerpo encontrado en una fosa clandestina, junto a un Dren entre las parcelas en el ejido Primero de Mayo.
Fue la noche de este domingo, cuando la familia de quien fuera el secretario particular del Vicerrector de la Universidad Autónoma de Sinaloa fue notificada por parte de la Policía de Investigación de la Fiscalía del Estado en la zona norte, del resultado de las pruebas de genética y la liberación de los restos del catedrático de la UAS.
Margarito Alvarez cuadras, se encontraba desaparecido desde el pasado domingo 15 de noviembre del año 2020, cuando se le vio por última vez en un depósito de cerveza ubicado en la colonia bienestar.
A raíz de las investigaciones la FGE realizó algunos cateos a inmuebles que dieron como resultado la obtención de varias órdenes de aprehensión y tres hombre en prisión preventiva en el CECJUDE de Goros II, se trata de Juan Carlos "N", alias "El Chapito", dueño del expendio de cerveza ubicado en el cruce de Netzahualcóyotl y Macario Gaxiola de la colonia Bienestar, en donde según testigos fue visto por última vez Margarito, conviviendo con el imputado antes mencionado.
Otro de los imputados es Gustavo "N" alias "El Kevin", quien es el encargado del expendio, mismo que según la Fiscalía de Sinaloa, realizó varias llamadas para pedir ayuda a otro sujeto, además al tercer imputado; Mario Efrén "N", alias "El Flaco", chofer de uno de los taxis de Juan Carlos “N”, mismo vehículo de alquiler en el que encontraron sangre en la cajuela y que según el GPS, estuvo en la zona donde encontraron el cuerpo a las 1:38 horas de la madrugada y 14 minutos después regresó al expendio. También en la audiencia se menciona que a de 9 am a 2 de la tarde, regresó al mismo punto.
Los tres hombres enfrentan la imputación por el delito de desaparición forzada de personas cometida por particulares; los investigadores dieron con otro hombre que sería otro imputado, pero no se ha informado si se trata de "El Marisquero" que forma parte de la carpeta de investigación y que se mencionó en la audiencia, o sea otro hombre quien proporcionó la ubicación de la fosa.
Con relación al hallazgo, se dijo que los policías investigadores agotaron los elementos de la línea de investigación, como parte del plazo que dio el Juez para complementar dicha carpeta, y que en un interrogatorio con otro hombre, obtuvieron datos que los llevó al sitio ubicado en las inmediaciones del ejido Primero de Mayo, en donde encontraron el cuerpo de quien ahora se confirmó era
Margarito, envuelto en una cobija y enterrado en una fosa clandestina.
De forma extraoficial, se dijo que este sujeto habría prestado su vehículo para trasladar el cuerpo a la fosa, mismo que previamente estuvo en el taxi, y que se menciona en la carpeta el cual conducía Mario Efrén alías "El Flaco".
Tras localizar el cuerpo, lo exhumaron bajo total hermetismo, y lo trasladaron a la funeral Moreh en medio de un dispositivo de seguridad, allí permaneció todo el fin de semana en tanto la Fiscalía realizaba las pruebas de ADN, hasta esta tarde que se confirmó el resultado la cruzar las muestras genéticas.
Margarito Álvarez Cuadras, está siendo velado en la sala A, de la funeraria Moreh de Los Mochis.
Cabe mencionar que con relación a la investigación, al momento no se ha determinado si los ahora imputados enfrentarán también el cargo de homicidio, tras localizar el cuerpo de Margarito, ya que en el expendio de “El Chapito”, donde fue visto por última vez, los investigadores realizaron un cateo del 12 al 14 de enero, y encontraron manchas hematomas de sangre lavada, sangre de la víctima en un costar dentro de una bolsa de un cobertor, además de otros indicios que forman parte de la carpeta de investigación.
La audiencia inicial se llevó a cabo el pasado 23 de enero y continuó el 27 de enero en la Sala A del Centro de Justicia Penal y Oral región norte, la segunda audiencia para complementar la investigación, está programada para el próximo 27 de mayo.
En tanto, que los restos de Margarito Álvarez, en estos momentos son velados en una funeraria local.
