Por robo a local comercial, detienen a una mujer en Culiacán
Culiacán, Sinaloa. – Elementos del Escudaron Motociclista de la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública y Tránsito Municipal que realizaban recorridos de vigilancia en el Centro, observaron a una mujer salir de un supermercado quien les pidió apoyo y señalaba a una mujer como quien minutos antes había sustraído mercancía del comercio en el que labora, introduciéndolo a una bolsa de mano color negro.
De inmediato los agentes se acercaron a ella y le solicitaron detuviera el paso a lo cual accedió, acto seguido y ante el señalamiento se le realizó una inspección física con previa autorización a quien dijo llamarse María “N”, de 30 años de edad, y se le aseguró del interior de la bolsa de mano que colgaba de su hombro, dos cremas dentales, dos paquetes de toallitas limpiadoras, un aromatizante y un paquete de caramelos.
En ese momento la mujer que denunció los hechos y quien dijo ser sub gerente del negocio afectado, manifestó que momentos antes la mujer señalada ingresó a la tienda aparentando ser clienta y caminando por diferentes pasillos introdujo a una bolsa de mano negra un artículo de los que se encuentran en los estantes, para después salir de la tienda sin efectuar el pago correspondiente.
Por lo que salió detrás de ella y al observar al policía le denunció los hechos, así mismo reconoció plenamente los artículos asegurados como propiedad del supermercado.
Por lo que la hoy detenida fue trasladada y puesta a disposición de la autoridad competente por el probable delito de ROBO A LOCAL COMERCIAL ABIERTO AL PÚBLICO Y/O LO QUE RESULTE.
