Reconoce Canirac a “Pity” Velarde como Empresario Restaurantero del Año 2020
La Cámara Nacional de la Industria Restaurantera de Mazatlán entregó el reconocimiento como Empresario Restaurantero del Año 2020” a Ricardo “Pity” Velarde.
Quien agradeció la presea, recibida de manos del presidente nacional de Canirac, Francisco Fernández, quien ponderó el empuje de quien llamó un joven restaurantero siempre emprendedor y de gran empuje y liderazgo.
Ricardo Velarde habló de las dificultades que el sector ha tenido que enfrentar en estos tiempos de pandemia, pero recordó que en las crisis nacen las oportunidades, aunque destacó que en este reto y llegar a que Mazatlán sea un ejemplo de recuperación, no hubiese sido posible sin el apoyo de la autoridad tanto estatal como municipal.
En el evento, al que asistieron presidentes de 25 delegaciones de Canirac, rindió protesta a la nueva mesa directiva de la delegación Mazatlán, presidida por Rodrigo Becerra, quien fue reelecto al frente del organismo.
También se entregó el premio al restaurante Revelación a “La Marea”, el restaurante Campirano, fue para “La Vaca Lupe” y el Chef Revelación, para Luis Osuna Vidaurri y
un homenaje póstumo a Rodolfo Ibarra Armenta “El Bigotes” por el restaurante de mayor tradición.
