Zapopan, Jal. Este lunes continúa, y en algunos casos inicia, la vacunación de personas de la tercera edad en varios estados del país, en municipios apartados y con altos índices de marginación en Jalisco, Guanajuato, Colima, Michoacán y estado de México, siempre bajo el resguardo de elementos de la Secretaría de la Defensa.
El gobierno mexicano recibió el primer embarque de vacunas envasadas de la farmacéutica AstraZeneca con 870 mil dosis contra el coronavirus Sars-CoV-2, provenientes de Mumbai, India, con lo que este lunes inició la vacunación masiva a ese sector social.
Un lote arribó la tarde del domingo a la Base Aérea Militar de Zapopan, Jalisco, y esta mañana comenzaron a ser distribuidas 58 mil 690 dosis de vacunas para mayores de 60 años, en seis regiones consideradas con mayor grado de vulnerabilidad o de alta marginación de la entidad.
Las inoculaciones fueron trasladadas al Almacén Central de la Secretaría de Salud Jalisco (SSJ), y luego hasta las instalaciones del Almacén Central, a las siete de la tarde; allí " el personal sanitario verificó la temperatura con la que fueron ingresadas (3.1 grados C) y colocadas en la cámara de frío".
Este lunes, las vacunas del laboratorio AstraZeneca fueron distribuidas y custodiadas por elementos de la Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional, a las jurisdicciones sanitarias ubicadas en las cabeceras municipales de Colotlán, Ameca, Puerto Vallarta, Autlán, Tamazula y Ciudad Guzmán."Cubrirán a 23 municipios con 29 centros para vacunar a partir del martes a las personas mayores de 60 años", señaló la Secretaria de Salud Jalisco (SSJ).
Las casi 60 mil vacunas, que forman parte del reciente lote proveniente de India que será distribuido en otras partes del país," no requiere de ultracongelación para su conservación, sino de temperaturas entre los 2 y los 8 grados centígrados, por lo que su manejo y traslado es el habitualmente utilizado para la distribución de las diversas vacunas que se aplican en la entidad".
Finalmente se informó que Jalisco espera que entre este lunes y martes arriben más vacunas, de Pfizer- BioNTech, para aplicar una segunda dosis a personal de salud que atiende a enfermos de Covid-19. Datos oficiales indican que en Jalisco suman hasta el domingo nueve mil 631 defunciones por esa enfermedad.
Instalan 25 puntos de vacunación en Michoacán
En Michoacán fueron instalados 25 puntos de vacunación en los municipios Apatzingán, Múgica, Buenavista, Villamar, Parácuaro, Tingambato y Áporo, y serán destinados para adultos mayores. Informó la delegación dela Secretaría del Bienestar.
De las 870 mil dosis que llegaron a territorio nacional, ese estado recibió 37 mil 250 dosis, que se sumarán a las primeras 14 mil 625 dosis de Pfizer que llegaron el pasado 12 de enero y a las tres mil 900 vacunas del 20 de enero, aplicadas a personal del sector salud público y privado.
El delegado de los programas de la Secretaría del Bienestar, Roberto Pantoja indicó que los integrantes de las Brigadas Correcaminos, en colaboración con autoridades locales, arrancaron la campaña de difusión telefónica y por tierra, para dar a conocer a los habitantes los horarios y centros de vacunación donde recibirán la primera de dos dosis de dicha farmacéutica, con la finalidad de evitar aglomeraciones.
En Michoacán se han registrado 47 mil 551 contagios y tres mil 772 defunciones. Los municipios donde se concentra más del 50 por ciento del total de los casos son: Morelia, Lázaro Cárdenas, Uruapan. La Piedad, Pátzcuaro y Zamora.
Llegan vacunas al municipio más lejano de Guanajuato
A las ocho de la mañana en el Centro de Salud de Mangas Cuatas, ubicado en la UMAPS de Atarjea y del Carricillo, en el municipio de Atarjea, el más alejado en Guanajuato, y ubicado en la Sierra Gorda, se aplicaron las primeras vacunas contra el Covid-19 para adultos mayores.
“Se estima la vacunación de 700 adultos mayores, tan solo de esta localidad, aunque también existen en menor cantidad centros de vacunación de instituciones del IMSS”, informó la Secretaría de Salud de Guanajuato (SSG).
En Xichú, otro municipio en la Sierra Gorda, se aplicaron las vacunas en las comunidades de Palomas, San Miguel de las Casitas, en el centro de Salud de la cabecera municipal, en la clínica de salud en Guamúchil, Zabila y la comunidad de Paso de Guillermo.
“En total son 40 mil 619 vacunas que se aplican en la región noreste incluyendo Doctor Mora, San José Iturbide, San Luis de la Paz, Santa Catarina, Tierra Blanca, Victoria y Comonfort”, señaló la dependencia.
Inicia vacunación en Quintana Roo
Este lunes inició en Quintana Roo la aplicación de seis mil 929 dosis de vacunas a personas de 60 años y más, en los municipios de Puerto Morelos y Bacalar, en norte y sur de Quintana Roo, respectivamente.
En Puerto Morelos solo se tuvo el registro en línea de 400 adultos mayores pero igual se atienden a las personas que llegan de último momento dado que se estima que hay mil 200 adultos mayores que recibirán el inmunológico toda la semana en una horario de siete de la mañana a 16:00 horas, tiempo local, informó el secretario de Desarrollo Social de Puerto Morelos, Ignacio Sánchez.
Por su parte, el médico Fernando Monter indicó que se aplicarán en promedio 60 dosis por hora, para inmunizar a 480 personas mayores de edad por día.
Indicó que se les está convocando para acudir por la segunda dosis en dos meses.
Detalló que las personas deben de reportar cero síntomas en los últimos 15 días pera recibir la vacuna que consiste en 0.5 mililitros del químico.
El protocolo consiste en un primer filtro para medir sus signos vitales, posteriormente son registrados en listas para llevar un adecuado control, luego pasan a un privado para recibir la vacuna, de ahí ingresan a una sala donde son monitoreados durante media hora para verificar si causa alguna reacción, y finalmente salen del centro de salud que se ubica en el ejido de Leona Vicario.
Reanuda vacunación contra Covid-19 en Colima con 5 mil 630 dosis
Mientras, en Colima, se reanudó esta mañana el Programa Nacional de Vacunación anticovid, con la aplicación cinco mil 630 dosis a personas mayores de 60 años.
A través de un comunicado, la Secretaría de Salud y Bienestar Social (SSByS) del gobierno del estado, dio a conocer que el domingo 14 de febrero arribó la tercera entrega de las dosis de vacunas contra Covid-19.
Las cinco mil 630 dosis fueron trasladadas del aeropuerto en el municipio Cuauhtémoc a las instalaciones del 29 Batallón de Infantería, custodiadas por personal de la Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional.
De ahí, fue entregada a la jefa y jefes de las tres jurisdicciones sanitarias de la Secretaría de Salud y Bienestar Social del Gobierno del Estado, para conducirlas a las unidades de salud donde se distribuirán para su aplicación.
La Jurisdicción Sanitaria número uno recibió tres mil 300 dosis; la dos, recibió mil 70 y la tres, mil 260, según lo establecido por la federación.
A partir de este lunes, serán distribuidas a los puestos de vacunación donde se aplicarán a personas de 60 años y más que tuvieron su pre-registro en la plataforma https://mivacuna.salud.gob.mx la cual sigue vigente.
